Yes, once more it is your duty to turn up, drop in, and pass out as Scaledown opens it doors and embraces you all to its ample bosom. This month we have for you the following wonderful musical beings:

Brainer - 'extensively derivative, often anachronistic and sometimes puerile' said the Wire in 2009; 'ouch! did that hurt?' said Scaledown in 2010...concussion is the new percussion.....welcome back Brainer.

Fiona Sally Miller - a swift return for this charming troubadour who will be pedalling to great effect her wonderful musical wares, including tracks from her soon to be released 10" EP on Vacilando '68 Recordings.

Beeching's Axe - An improvised train-wreck of archive steam railway sound recordings and live electrified guitars, attempting to reflect aspects of a pivotal moment in British transport history. Featuring Kevin Younger and Mark Braby.

Roshi featuring Pars Radio - Iranian/Welsh Roshi returns with herbeautiful mix of exotic electronica, folk and the ethereal.

Jude Cowan Jude returnsa to Scaledown with her inimitable take on the week via Reuters and song.

The Happy Couple - You like cigar box guitars? you like banjo? You like jew harp? You love The Happy Couple!

proceedings shall commence at 7.30pm upstairs @ the King & Queen public house, # 1Foley Street in London's funky Fitzrovia (W1W 6DL) on Friday the 17th of February.
