Those who appeared at the sixty second Scaledown were (in no particular order):

Arch Garrison - There is a house by a river by a village by the South Wiltshire Downs in which North Sea Radio Orchestra's Craig and Sharron Fortnam create music against the backdrop of all manner of flora and fauna. The result is the divine album 'King of the Down' which features songs about the Mighty Thames, Roman roads, ditches and mounds and vapour trails. "A slice of lo-fi pop loveliness", not to be missed.

Susie Hug - Celebrating the release of Susie's album 'Tucson Moonshine' on our very own freshly spawned Vacilando '68 Recordings imprint, expect country inflected west coast poppingness from Tokyo via San Diego c/o Crouch End Serenader Ms Hug.

Tim Keegan - former Ringo/Homer/Departure Lounge frontman and sometime Robyn Hitchcock cohort Captain Keegan brings his cachet of charming choons back to London after time spent in Paris and Brighton refining his craftiness for gorgeous pop melodies.

Richard Sanderson - Former scaledown cohort, Mr Sanderson has always something interesting up his sleeves; and tonight is no exception as he brings to you the joy of 'singing songs with objects'. Good on yer, Sir!

ViV - Click on the link. Go on. Now click on a track or two and sample fine free improvisation using brass, chimes, strings, voice, and more. There's not much to tell us from their myspace site other than that they are bloody good.
